How long does Viaore last on the skin?
Each Viaore is concentrated at 22–28% perfume oils, designed to wear softly for 8–10 hours on skin and substantially longer on clothing.
Are Viaore perfumes unisex?
Yes. We compose for atmospheres, not genders. All three signatures are intentionally designed to be shared.
Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
100% vegan, IFRA-compliant, and never tested on animals.
Can I layer the three perfumes?
Yes — layering is encouraged. Start with The Peace, add Naut Ellio for warmth, or a touch of Toxic for depth.
Orders & shipping
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Tracking is emailed the moment your bag leaves the atelier.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to a curated list of destinations. Delivery is typically 7–14 business days.
What is the shipping cost?
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $50 ship for free domestically.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If your order has not shipped, write to care@viaore.com within 12 hours and we will update it.
Returns & care
What is your return policy?
Unopened full-size bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene, opened perfumes cannot be returned.
How should I store my perfume?
Keep your bottle out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Stored well, a Viaore will remain beautiful for at least three years.
My bottle arrived damaged — what now?
Send us a photo within 48 hours to care@viaore.com and we will replace it at no cost.
